Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) increases the security of your accounts in Dialog. As a Functional Administrator, you can make Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mandatory for the users in your organisation.
Requirements
To make Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mandatory, you need the following:
- Dialog user profile with Company Admin rights
How does it work?
With Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you log in to Dialog with your email address and password, and then also with a six-digit code from an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
Once you have made Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) mandatory, users will be asked to set this up the next time they log in to Dialog.
In the settings, users will see a QR code that they can scan with their authenticator app. Once Dialog has been added to this authenticator app, they can enter the six-digit code in the field below the QR code to confirm and complete the registration.
What do you need to do?
