This release contains updates for both Dialog environments: the current version at app.getdialog.nl and the new version at platform.getdialog.nl. Below, you can read what has changed in each environment.
Current version (app.getdialog.nl)
Stakeholders
Fixes
- The suggestions in the stakeholder analysis were not always correct. This has now been fixed.
- Importing stakeholder data from a GeoJSON file failed, both with and without an ArcGIS ID. This has now been fixed.
Reports and exports
Fixes
- The Excel download in the action overview (Actions per item) displayed an error message. This has now been fixed.
- The Word download for the customer requirements specification produced a corrupted file. This has now been fixed.
Integrations
Improvements
- The integration with Relatics regularly disconnected. The connection is now much more stable.
New version (platform.getdialog.nl)
Canvas
New
- Canvas has been renewed. You can now also work with items other than issues and stakeholders on your canvas.
- The context sticky now keeps up with the items in your context, so your canvas always shows what you are working on.
- You can now add images and files via the document widget instead of dragging and dropping them.
- Canvas follows the level you have selected and observes the permissions set for you.
Map
Improvements
- The map has been technically rebuilt and loads noticeably faster, including in projects with a lot of data. Only what is currently visible is loaded.
- The display of items now adapts to your zoom level, keeping the map clear.
- The right-hand sidebar on the map has been made clearer.
Sharing projects
Improvements
- Shared projects now simply appear among your own projects, identified by a "Shared" label. The separate button and separate list have therefore been removed.
Fixes
- Shared projects were not always displayed in the correct place. This has now been fixed.
Stakeholders and SOM analysis
Fixes
- When switching stakeholder strategies, existing values in the SOM analysis were overwritten. This has now been fixed.
- Changes in the SOM analysis were not saved separately when the Power/Interest strategy was active. This has now been fixed.
- Creating a new stakeholder could fail. This has now been fixed.
Complaints
Fixes
- Creating a new complaint with manually entered contact details did not work because the wrong fields were mandatory. This has now been fixed.
Reports
Fixes
- The management report displayed a number of sections in English. These are now in Dutch again.
Levels
Fixes
- Creating a level failed, and a level could accidentally be created twice. Both issues have now been fixed.
Permissions and access
Fixes
- A new role with access to the Inbox did not work in practice. This has now been fixed.
Minor bugs and cosmetic changes
- Technical texts were displayed instead of standard labels in the "Add subtask" window in the planning section. This has now been fixed.
- In addition, we have made improvements behind the scenes to the speed and stability of the application.
Security
We have made various improvements to protect Dialog and your data even better. You will not notice these in everyday use, but they help keep the application secure and up to date.
