If you want insight into the progress of a specific part of your project, you can use the Program Module. This module allows you to define subprojects, objects, phases, or other elements and link items to them. This gives you a helicopter view at project level while still allowing you to zoom in on the items within a specific subproject.
You can create subprojects via the Select Level button on the top left of your screen. In the drop down menu, click the button.
In the window that appears, give the subproject a name.
Select the project area by drawing a polygon on the map.
Click Next.
Select the items that belong to the subproject.
Click Create.
Once created, you can filter in Dialog by subprojects by clicking Select Level in the top-left corner of the screen and choosing the relevant subproject.
Assigning items to subprojects
You can also assign items to subprojects directly from the detail panel of a specific item. Under the General section, you’ll find the Levels field, where you can select the relevant subproject. In the same way, you can also remove items from subprojects.
