Grant user access to specific subproject

As part of the program module, it is possible to grant users access only to a specific subproject. In order to do this, you first click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to get to the Settings page. Then go to the 'Users' tab and follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on 'add_circle_outlined User.'
  2. Enter the user's name (first and last name).
  3. Enter the user's email address.
  4. Do not select a role for the user at the main project level, but:
  5. Select a role for the user in the specific subproject (or multiple subprojects).
  6. Click on 'Add.'
  7. The user will automatically receive an email with login information for this project and will only be able to view the subproject(s) they have access to.
