Grant user access to specific subproject

As part of the program module, it is possible to grant users access only to a specific subproject. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the gear icon, then on 'Settings,' and then on the 'Users' tab.
  2. Click on 'add_circle_outlined User.'
  3. Enter the user's name (first and last name).
  4. Enter the user's email address.
  5. Do not select a role for the user at the project level.
  6. Then, select a role for the user in the specific subproject.
  7. Click on 'Add.'
  8. The user will now automatically receive an email with information to log in to this project and will only see the subproject(s) they have access to.
