Sentiment analysis

The beta version of automatic sentiment analysis is live. Specific projects now have access to this analysis, where sentiment is attached to complaints automatically: sentiment_satisfied, sentiment_neutral of sentiment_dissatisfied. This way you are quicker to prioritize the complaints.

Sentiment will be shown in both the complaintoverview as on the complaint page itself.

Since this is the beta version, it sometimes can happen that our model is incorrect in predicting sentiment. Therefore you can change the sentiment manually on the complaint page.
