To facilitate the recording of the history of actions and attendees for regular meetings with a group of stakeholders, Dialog has introduced "meeting series." By creating a meeting series, Dialog remembers the attendees and actions. When creating a new contact moment and selecting a meeting series, the linked actions and contacts are automatically loaded.
Here's how to select a meeting series:
- Click on 'add_circle_outlined Contact Moment.'
- Select 'Meeting' as the contact moment type.
- Then, select the desired meeting series.
- The contacts and actions will be automatically loaded. You can view the actions after creating the contact moment.
If you haven't created a series yet, you can create one in the 'meeting series' field by typing the desired name of the series. Then, click on 'Create Automatically.'
