To easily share information with team members, you can generate reports in Dialog. Follow these steps:
Click on "Reports" in the menu.
A screen will open with a selection of available reports. Choose from the following options:
- Project Report: Provides a comprehensive overview of the project environment.
- Management Report: Generates a management summary for a specific period.
- Customer Requirement Specification: Offers an overview of all customer requirements.
- Customer Requirement Specification (per Stakeholder): Provides a summary of customer wishes for a specific stakeholder.
- Stakeholder Overview: Presents a summary of all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Report: Generates a report for a specific stakeholder.
- Complaints Overview: Provides an overview of all notifications.
- Issue Overview: Offers a summary of all issues.
- Contact Moments: Generates a report of all contact moments.
- Communication Calendar: Provides an overview of activities and communication tools.
Depending on the chosen report, you may be prompted for additional information, such as the specific stakeholder for whom you want to generate the report or the starting date for the management report.
Choose the desired output format for the report: Excel, Word, or PDF. Note that some reports are only available in Excel format.
Click on "Generate," and the report will be downloaded in the selected format.
