With the Outlook integration, you can link both your personal and a general project email inbox to Dialog.
If you want emails to be automatically imported into Dialog, choose the Project integration. If you prefer to access your email inbox within Dialog and manually select which emails to import, choose the Personal integration.
Setting up the integration is straightforward:
1. Go to Settings -> Integrations.
2. Select either the Personal or Project Outlook integration.
3. Click Connect Me (or Connect Project).
4. Follow the steps in the pop-up screen.
5. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
6. Once logged in, you will be taken back to Dialog.
7. The integration is now set up.
For the Project integration, you also have the option to automatically import emails as contact moments or notifications.
Troubleshooting
For the permissions, admin consent is required. This can be granted in Azure for all users.
If you cannot find our Dialog Outlook app in your Azure tenant, you will need to manually add the app using the following URL:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=[cliend-ID]&redirect_uri=[redirectURi]
